Andrea has extensive trial, appellate and mediation experience representing injured and disabled clients including children injured at birth. She is a frequent contributor to legal publications and often speaks in the areas of medical and intellectual property litigation. Andrea is also a volunteer with the Kidney Foundation of Canada and the United Way.
Called to the Ontario Bar in 1995, Andrea is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada. She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of British Columbia Law School and a Masters degree from the Rotman School of Management (University of Toronto). Her membership affiliations include the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, the Advocates Society, the Licensing Executives Society, the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada, and the County of Carleton Law Association.
Andrea also serves clients in both French and Spanish.
